Where do the candidates in my gallery come from?

Candidates will come from searches in social media, collectives, agencies and personal contacts. Casting Tools provides you the means to connect with all these people. Candidates register for free filling out forms you send to them.

What software do I have to install to use Casting Tools?

You don’t need to install any software. You simply can sign-in to your area with your username and password from any web browser in any of your devices.

Are you agents or a talent agency?

No, Casting Tools is a tool made for managing casting projects, from candidate searching to presenting your work to clients. We never get in contact with any of your candidates.

I'm an agent, will you contact my talent directly?

No. Casting Tools is a tool that allows a casting director to contact you, so you can submit your talent. When an actor or model states having an agent and inserts their contact, Casting Tools sends all the messages and notifications from the casting director to the agent address only.

How do agents benefit from a casting director having their represented talent inside their gallery in Casting Tools?

Once the talent is registered in the casting director’s People gallery, they can call the talent by directly sending the call to the agent. The form will be pre-filled with the candidate’s information, so the agent will only have to answer if they agree with the terms of the project.

Can I easily have in my possession all the information and media that I manage and receive in Casting Tools?

Yes. Casting Tools helps you gather and organize candidate’s information, but the information is yours and available for downloading to your devices for offline usage at any moment.
