In the form of a Call to audition work session, you have the option to include the information about when and where the auditions will take place. This box is located below the name and description.

To include a date, click on the date field, and select it from the popup calendar. To select the time, click on the time field and select it from the clock menu. You can write the place of the auditions in the ‘Place’ text field.
