In each one of your forms, you can decide what information to ask for, but there’s some information inputs that are mandatory and will be marked by default, like the ones in ‘Basic information’. For ‘Contact information’ it is mandatory that you ask at least one.

To include an information input in a form, click on it and it should turn to light gray. The inputs in light gray are the ones that are going to appear as text fields for your applicants on the external form. To deactivate the inputs, just click on them again and should go back to dark gray.
