You can ask applicants for images, videos and audio files from the ‘Pictures and media’ section. There are different kinds of media you can ask, to add them just click on the plus button (). Use the minus button (-) if you wish to remove them.

There’s the option of including a brief description or comments for each one of the requested media, in case you want to specify exactly what you need. These comments will appear on the external form.

You can ask for the same type of media more than once, but the total of media files requested cannot be greater than six.
