The media of a profile will be displayed at the top part of the profile window. Select what media to display by clicking the media thumbnails below.

There are differences in the profile’s media shown, depending if you’re viewing the profile from the People gallery or from a project.

By default, all the media of a profile that comes from a project will be stored in the People gallery, in its ‘Storage media’. When you delete a media file from inside a project, it won’t be removed from the profile’s storage media in your People gallery.

When you copy a profile from your People gallery, to a location inside a project, this profile will be copied with all of its storage media by default.

Adding and deleting media

To add media to a profile manually, use the button ‘ADD’, located above the media thumbnails of the profile. Click it to browse and select your file, or just drag the file to the button.

It is a little different to add media to a profile from your People gallery than from inside a project. If you add media to a profile inside a work session or album, this media will be part of the project but will automatically be part of the profile’s Media storage in the People gallery as well.

If you add media to a profile from your People gallery, this will be added to the Media storage but will not be shown inside projects the profile was already a part of.

To delete specific media, select it from the thumbnails to display on the viewer, and click the ‘Delete media’ icon () at the top right part of the profile window.

Cover picture

The cover picture is the picture that will be shown in the profile's thumbnail. By default this cover picture will be the first media the profile has. To set up a different cover picture, just click the ‘SET AS COVER’ button on the top right of the profile window.
