Profiles will have either an ‘AGENCY’ badge, meaning it is a professional profile that is represented by an agency, or a ‘STREET’ badge, meaning they’re not represented.

This badge will be defined by the agent contact fields in the profile’s information. If the profile contains a number in the ‘Agent contact phone’ field, an address in the ‘Agent contact email’, or both, it will be automatically defined as an ‘AGENCY’ profile. If a profile doesn’t have either of these, it will be classified as ‘STREET’.

If you add or remove agent contact information from the profile, their classification will be automatically updated.
