Before the recording session takes place, it is convenient to create a Call to audition for the people you want to assist or the people assisting to sign up. That way, at the moment of taping, you will be able to preload their information and just add the recordings, making your workflow easier.

You can also do a recording session with people that are not inside the project, but you will have to fill their basic information before adding the recordings.
